These terms explain the basic rules for using Ajolote Hosting.

1. Service

Ajolote Hosting provides infrastructure and tools to create and manage Minecraft servers. Capacity, storage, and features depend on the selected plan.

2. Accounts and minors

You must provide accurate information and protect your account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase or use a payment method.

3. Payments, trials, and renewal

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Price, currency, trial or discount duration, and renewal amount are shown before payment. A trial becomes paid unless canceled before the indicated date.

4. Cancellation and data

You can cancel from your account. The server remains active through the paid period and may then be deleted with its files. Download a backup first. Started periods are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, malware, attacks, control evasion, rights infringement, harassment, or content that risks people or infrastructure.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, third-party failures, or events outside our control may occur. Support is provided through published channels.

7. Axolotl conservation

We reserve 5% of plan revenue to support axolotl conservation in Mexico. We will publish the recipient organization and contribution records once the collaboration is formalized.
